The tragic and unexpected loss of my sister was made a little easier to cope with because of everyone at Mckoon. I have never in my life met a more caring, patient or compassionate group of people. Everyone at Mckoon is the best at what they do and in my families time of need they were there for us every step of the way, any time off day. They walked us through the process of planning everything for my sister with compassion and patience. And that truly meant the world to all of us. During the planning process I didn’t realize how much everyone was doing for my family but now that I am able to really get my thoughts together, I want to personally thank each and everyone of you for everything you did during that horrible time. I love each and everyone of you at Mckoon, you all will always hold a very special place in my heart.

I want to thank the McKoon organization and especially Glen Burkett for guiding us through a very trying experience. Glen's professionalism and caring attitude assisted us in making difficult decisions. They stood by us all the way up to and including during the funeral mass.

The staff at McKoon's went above and beyond to help us plan our sister's Celebration of Life Gathering. Since this is different than a traditional funereal, we were at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed. Ryan Kelly really helped us immensely, walking us through the process step by step. Ryan, as with all of the caring staff , was always patient, informative, professional, and caring, no matter how many times we called, emailed, or stopped in to see him. We were able to plan a beautiful gathering which we could not have done without Ryan's help, and all of the wonderful staff at McKoon's. In 2009 the staff at McKoon's helped us plan our father's funeral which was equally done as well. One year Anniversary of my mother's passing... To one of the most sincere and kind group of business people I have ever done any type of business dealings with. Thank you John Daviston and the entire staff at McKoon Funeral Home for the acknowledgement of my mom's one year anniversary of passing. I received the note the day of the anniversary and it was very touching. I was already having a down type day from thinking of her and remembering her and missing her so. It seemed to lift me up and help me with the pain and misery of losing her and thinking of her. She meant the world to me and your staff knew this, and I was constantly reminded that I was not alone. All I had to do was come to you and ask for a word of inspiration and thats what I would get, and I thank you all.
