Sara Sue Marks Moore

May 20, 1950 - February 2, 2022

Sue Marks Moore, 71, of Newnan passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She was born May 20, 1950 in Newnan to the late William Marks & Sara Richardson Marks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, George Allen Moore and children, Suzanne Moore & Will Moore. Sue grew up in Newnan and was a longtime member of Arnco Baptist Church. The funeral is 10:00 am Saturday, February 5, 2022 in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Stitcher officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The visitation is Friday evening between 6-8 at McKoon Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at https://www.mda.org/ Condolences can be expressed online at www.mckoon.com Survivors include children, Malcolm (Misty) Moore, William (Crystal) Moore, Jeri Moore; sisters, Sybil Harris Caldwell, Sylvia Wilson, Patricia McDade; grandchildren, Mallie (Dakota) Williams, MacKenzie Moore, Mary Grace Moore, Austin Moore, Alexis Moore, Ellie Claire Moore, Peyton Ramey, Ethan Ramey, Cooper Ramey, Jamie Creighton, Cailyn Pemberton; nieces, nephews, and extended family.
